SkyPark Observation Deck

This guide to the SkyPark Observation Deck in Singapore follows architect Moshe Safdie's boat-shaped platform across the top of three leaning towers, and the engineering problem it posed for a structure resting on plates that let it flex independently of the towers below. It covers the cantilever stretching out over open air on the building's western end, and the marshland this whole bay once was before the skyline rose around it.
