One World Observatory

This guide to One World Observatory follows ironworker Mike O'Reilly, who wrote a message to his father on a steel beam while building the tower, and the family history behind it: his father helped raise the original Twin Towers, then was paralyzed in a 1985 fall on a nearby construction site.
