Eataly - Flatiron

This guide to Eataly's Flatiron flagship traces Oscar Farinetti's path from selling electronics to opening the first Eataly inside a shuttered Turin vermouth factory in 2007, then follows the building itself, once the International Toy Center where America's toy industry gathered to do deals, before Eataly moved in during 2010.
