Wynwood Art District

This guide to the Wynwood Art District in Miami opens on blank warehouse walls left behind when the garment trade moved overseas and a new interstate cut the neighborhood off from downtown. It follows New York developer Tony Goldman, who had already turned around SoHo and South Beach, as he quietly began buying up Wynwood's empty buildings in the mid two thousands without telling anyone why. His daughter, Jessica Goldman Srebnick, later took over running the project he started.
