Hivernacle del Parc de la Ciutadella

This guide to the Hivernacle in Barcelona's Parc de la Ciutadella follows a Victorian glass-and-iron hall built for the 1888 Universal Exposition, and its odd early fate: designed to grow tropical plants, it opened instead to speeches and champagne.
