Home of Carlsberg

This guide to the Home of Carlsberg traces a family feud on this hill above Copenhagen, from J.C. Jacobsen founding his brewery in 1847 and naming it for his only son Carl, to Carl's return from touring Europe's breweries with a lighter beer of his own.
