Museo a Cielo Abierto En San Miguel

This guide to the Museo a Cielo Abierto in Santiago's Poblacion San Miguel starts with the blank apartment-block walls of a 1960s housing estate, long neglected until two neighbors, Roberto Hernandez Bravo and David Villarroel Fuentes, formed a cultural group in March 2009 to paint them before demolition or graffiti could claim them first.
