Waterfront Park

This guide to Waterfront Park in Seattle follows sculptor George Tsutakawa, whose bronze fountains stand in cities worldwide, including the one he built here in nineteen sixty-six for Colman Dock that came down when the ferry terminal needed rebuilding and sat crated for years. It also follows a nearby Christopher Columbus statue, given by Seattle's Italian American community in nineteen seventy-eight, and the protests and vandalism that dogged it for decades.
