Kualoa Ranch

This guide to Kualoa Ranch in Honolulu opens with the valley's deep sacredness to ancient Hawaiians, who believed it held the buried body of Haloa, first child of the earth goddess Papa and the sky god Wakea, and treated it as a puuhonua where lawbreakers could seek refuge.
