Usce Park

This audio guide to Ušće Park in Belgrade is about the ground beneath your feet, and how a marsh at the mouth of the Sava was turned into land. It follows the young volunteers of the late nineteen-forties and a Danish dredging plan from the decade before. Along the way it visits a lost interwar beach called Nica. Best heard near the northern tip of the park, facing the wooded islands in the Danube.
