Mysia 3

This guide to Mysia 3 in Warsaw follows the building's decades as Poland's central communist-era censorship office, where every newspaper, play script and manuscript in the country had to pass approval before reaching the public. Built between 1947 and 1950 in heavy Soviet-style architecture, it became something almost mischievous in 2012, when architects gutted the offices into a shopping house while keeping the censors' original staircase and file cabinets in place.
