Jamali Kamali

This guide to the Jamali Kamali tomb in Delhi's Mehrauli opens with two graves under one chamber: Shaikh Fazlu'llah, the Sufi poet known as Jamali, who won praise from a Lodi sultan and went on to serve the first two Mughal emperors, Babur and Humayun. You'll hear how he built this mosque and tomb himself in 1528, years before he died on campaign in Gujarat in 1535 and was brought back to be buried as planned.
