Lennusadam – Eesti Meremuuseum

This guide to the submarine Lembit at Lennusadam, Tallinn's maritime museum, opens with a question: how does a crew of twenty-two survive when the enemy knows exactly where you're hiding? It follows the night of September 14, 1942, when Lembit torpedoed a German transport ship and the escort boats came hunting, dropping depth charges around her hull until a fire broke out in her batteries.
