Holbeinsteg

This guide to the Holbeinsteg in Frankfurt starts on the riverbank called Nizza, where banana, fig, and citrus trees have grown since 1875 thanks to a quirk of walls, sunlight, and city heat that keeps this stretch of the Main several degrees warmer than the rest of town.
