Flyover

This guide to Flyover in Vancouver starts inside a dead IMAX theatre at Canada Place, gutted and empty, and follows two local entrepreneurs, Stephen Geddes and Andrew Strang, as they set out in 2013 to turn it into a flying theater ride. Backed by the Aquilini family, they built a twenty-meter spherical screen and sixty-one seats that tilt and swing in sync with aerial footage shot from a helicopter.
