BridgeClimb Sydney

This guide to BridgeClimb Sydney opens on the twenty third of October 1930, when a boilermaker named Vincent Kelly slipped from the bridge's unfinished road deck and fell more than fifty five metres into the harbour. It follows the roughly fourteen hundred labourers who spent eight years hand-driving six million rivets into the arch, working four to a rivet high above the water through the worst years of the Depression. Sixteen of those workers never made it home.
